Opt-out and withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. To do so:

Email us at info@zeronova.com.au, or use the unsubscribe or opt-out option included in our messages (for example, replying "STOP" to SMS).

Once processed, Zeronova will cease further communications except where required for compliance or legal purposes.

Third party involvement

In order to deliver services efficiently, Zeronova may share your information with trusted contractors, installers, accredited providers, finance partners, or program administrators. These parties are only permitted to use your information for service related purposes.
